2. Reporting Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us on the same day of delivery.

Requests submitted after the day of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.

3. Inspection & Verification

• Ask for the damaged item to be returned before processing the claim

4. Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following remedies:

Replacement

Where stock is available, we will replace the damaged item with the same product at no additional cost.

Store Credit

If the product is unavailable or replacement is not possible, we may issue store credit equal to the purchase value of the affected product.

Store credit can be used toward future purchases on our website.

5. Refunds

We do not provide refunds for approved return requests.

Approved claims will be resolved through:

• Store credit.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they were received damaged:

• Products that have been used

• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

7. Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to a verified damaged item, we will arrange the return or collection where applicable.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
